1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Survice Knot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Provider Responsibilities
- Providers must offer accurate service descriptions.
- Providers must complete services professionally and on time.
- Providers must treat customers with respect and professionalism.
- 3 harassment reports = automatic permanent ban.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate contact information.
- Customers must pay for services as agreed (Cash on Delivery).
- Customers must provide honest ratings and reports.
- False reports may result in account suspension.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
- Providers pay a subscription fee (Rs 1,000/month or Rs 10,000/year).
- Payments are verified manually (screenshot upload + admin approval).
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (3 days).
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
